Account Type & Delivery
This is a personal ChatGPT Plus subscription activated on your own email address. After payment, we will upgrade your existing ChatGPT account to ChatGPT Plus. Please ensure the email you provide is accessible and under your control.
Device Limit
We recommend not logging in on more than 2 devices, as doing so may lead to issues.
Delivery Time
Your account will be upgraded to ChatGPT Plus within 6 to 12 hours. However, it is often completed much faster, typically within 1 to 2 hours.
Rules After Purchase
- Please do not delete or disable the subscription or its associated email account — doing so makes it impossible for us to restore access or issue a replacement. Also note that if you request a refund directly from the platform, that is separate from us: we cannot recover or reimburse funds refunded that way.

What if my account gets suspended or restricted by ChatGPT?
The account is personal and managed solely by you; we have no control over or involvement in its status with ChatGPT. If it's suspended or restricted for any reason, we will not provide a replacement.
Can I cancel the subscription and request a refund from the platform?
You technically can, since you have access to the account — but doing so is at your own risk. If you request and receive a refund directly from the platform, we have no way to recover those funds, and we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund on our end for that subscription.
If my previous account already hit the weekly limit on the "Work" feature of ChatGPT, and the limit hasn't been lifted yet, will renewing that account lift the limit and let me use it right away?
No, that's not possible. The Work feature of ChatGPT tracks usage per account on a fixed weekly cycle, and once that account hits its weekly limit, it stays restricted until the scheduled reset date — renewing the account early will not lift the limit before then. Even if you renew right away, the account will only start working again on the Work feature once that reset date arrives. Instead of renewing, the solution is to purchase a new account, which won't carry over the previous limit. The decision between renewing a limit-hit account or purchasing a new one is entirely up to you.

Refunds are usage-based and only applicable if we fail to provide continuous premium subscription service for 2 weeks. In such cases, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
