Each model has its own usage limits. For example, the flagship GPT-5.6 Sol model typically has a usage limit of around 160 prompts every 3 hours. These limits are shared among all 7 users. While generally sufficient, you may occasionally encounter a limit. Even if one model reaches its limit, others may still be usable. If a limit is reached, a timer will show when you can resume. Based on user feedback, this happens a few times a month, with a wait time of often less than an hour.

Any feature that is not unlimited (such as Deep Research or image generation) is not guaranteed to be usable at all times. You may face a usage limit and will need to wait until it resets. We have no control over the length of this waiting period.

We provide access to the ChatGPT's official platform. Official ChatGPT functionality is primarily available in core models. But third-party GPTs or integration may require separate logins, have their own limits, or use different payment packages. Since these models are not created by the official ChatGPT company and are numerous, providing support for them is not possible. If you want to use a third-party GPT or integrations not owned by OpenAI, you'll need to log in with your email.

In shared accounts, suspicious activity can be detected. (What is suspicious activity? You can find an explanation here: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/10471992-why-am-i-receiving-a-suspicious-activity-alert). During these periods, access to models may be blocked. Sometimes, you might regain access by refreshing the page, but this is not guaranteed. We cannot predict when suspicious activity will occur or exactly when it will be resolved—it can even happen immediately after you purchase the account. If you want to avoid suspicious activity entirely, the only option is to buy a personal ChatGPT account.

Yes, because multiple users are using a shared account at the same time. Therefore, the output generated by ChatGPT is usually slower than what you would get with a personal ChatGPT account.

We make sure that the "ChatGPT Plus" plan is active, but we are not responsible if the ChatGPT company changes its policies or if there are any problems with the server, such as issues with PDFs, images, or other features. These problems are out of our control and can happen without warning. We cannot predict when they will be fixed.

A new account is provided when the subscription ends.

If a temporary issue occurs with the server affecting functionality, this is not considered an account issue. No replacement is given in this case. These issues usually resolve automatically within a few hours.

If a user intentionally deletes the account, we do not provide a replacement by repurchasing.

If ChatGPT changes its policy regarding shared accounts and becomes stricter, leading to bans or deactivations, we cannot provide replacements or refunds in such cases.

Follow these steps to save a chat:

3. Open the chat you want to save.
4. Click the Save Page WE extension icon. The page will be saved as a file in your file explorer.
5. Open the saved file in your browser to view the chat.

That's a fair question, and the difference comes down to the coupon code. Shared accounts are opened with our @subscheap.net / @subscheap.com emails, which qualify for a coupon discount — this lowers the base cost of that subscription. A personal account, however, is registered directly on the customer's own email address, where the coupon code cannot be applied, so it's charged at the standard, full price. Since the discount only applies to our shared-account emails, that's why the total for 7 shared seats can still be less than a single personal account.
