What if my account gets suspended or restricted by Coursera?
The account is personal and managed solely by you, and we have no control over or involvement in your account activity or its status with Coursera company. Therefore, if your account is suspended or restricted by Coursera for any reason, we will not provide a replacement.
Do shared account replacement rules apply to this account?
Shared account replacement rules don't apply for personal accounts.

Any verified premium subscription–related downtime will be compensated by extending your subscription period accordingly.
Refunds are usage-based and only applicable if we fail to provide continuous premium subscription service for 2 weeks. In such cases, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
