It’s rare, but you might temporarily lose access to premium features. If this happens, just let us know—we’ll restore your premium access right away. Your designs will stay safe.

SubsCheap only helps you get access to subscription services by purchasing them on your behalf. We do not own, manage, or have any formal affiliation with the tool’s company, so please only purchase if you trust the company behind the tool.
Any feature that is not clearly marked as “unlimited” on the official website of the tool, for the specific premium plan you are purchasing, is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
Server-related issues are outside of our control. However, if there is any issue specifically related to the premium subscription, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. In some cases, the resolution process may take multiple days, and we appreciate your patience. Any verified premium subscription–related downtime will be compensated by extending your subscription period accordingly.
Refunds are usage-based and only applicable if we fail to provide continuous premium subscription service for 2 weeks. In such cases, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
