Why can't I use the SciSpace Agent feature right now?
SciSpace allocates a limited number of "SciSpace Agent" uses each month. Once that monthly allocation is used up, the feature becomes unavailable until it resets on SciSpace's predetermined date. Access to this feature is not guaranteed, and it may be unavailable even immediately after your purchase — this depends entirely on SciSpace's own allocation, not on us.
Why is processing taking longer than expected?
This isn't unique to your account — processing delays happen on any SciSpace account from time to time, not just ones through us.
I uploaded a large file and SciSpace said the result was sent to my email, but I never received it. What happened?
This is a known issue with SciSpace itself — despite the message, they usually don't actually send the email. Because of this, we don't recommend uploading files that are too large.
Sometimes I get logged out of SciSpace — what should I do?
Just click the Login button on the extension and it will log you back in. This can happen occasionally, and we fix the underlying issue as soon as possible.
